Every dish reflects an uncompromising dedication to provenance, drawn from a close-knit network of Neapolitan and Caprese producers: artisanal pasta makers, independent coffee roasters.
We are proud of our roots. The team here is Caprese, and the kitchen keeps the recipes it inherited.
